The Contract is for the Proposed Design and Build, Testing and Commissioning of a Shopping Complex complete with Infrastructure Works on part of the land held under HS(D) 105957 PT 2042 and HS(D) 105958 PT 2043, Persiaran Batu Nilam 1, Bandar Bukit Tinggi 2, Mukim Klang, Daerah Klang, Selangor which is owned by Gemilang Waras Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of WCT Land Berhad which in turn is a 73.5%-owned subsidiary of the Company.
The Shopping Complex shall consist of a shopping centre with gross lettable area of approximately one (1) million square feet together with car parks serving the Shopping Complex.
The contract sum is RM283.3 million and the building works are expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2007.
