The Curve Building Construction is divided into four (4) contracts, which consists of : Basement, Road Tunnel, Buildings and Infrastructure. The proposed building complex is intended to house a mixed development comprising retail units, office space, pedestrian malls, a 150 rooms 4 star hotel and 2-level basement car parks.
Total development area is approximately 13 acres (52,609m2).
