In 1998, WCT Construction Sdn Bhd secured a contract to construct and build a five storey office building with a basement, a two storey training centre and canteen, 2 double stereo workshop, a two storey warehouse and two utility buildings for Tractors Malaysia (1982) Sdn Bhd. The mandate called for not only infrastructure and building structure and finishing but also external and internal M&E works complete with building automation system.
