This Education Ministry project was developed on a 75-acre land for the purpose of an education Institution. With a gross floor areas of 1,190,350 square feet, the project involved Construction and Completion and of 34 Blocks of Institutional Buildings including mechanical, electrical plumbing services, external infrastructures, recreational facilities and landscaping.

The scope of works included Administration Centre, Resource Centre, Lecture Theatre, 7 block Academy Buildings, 12 block Technical Workshops / Laboratories, Islamic Student Centre, Multi Purpose Hall, Sports Centre, Dining Hall / Canteen, 5 Blocks Staff Quarters, TNB Main Intake Station, 7 unit Substations, Garage, Guard House & Sewerage Treatment Plant.
