The Scope of work for this contract includes execution and completion of Bored Piling and Associated Foundation Works for the six (6) storeys office building with five (5) levels basement car park.      

The Major Quantities are as follows:      
-   Earthworks   (150,000m³)      
-   Diaphragm Wall   (42 nos panels, 248.72m capping beams, 250 nos Temporary Ground Anchors) 
-   Bored Piling   (558 nos)      
-   Pile Cap   (6231.51 m³)      
      
**   WCT was awarded a Safety Award by Bovis and WTW (project management consultant) for achieving two hundred eighty thousand manhours without a lost time accident.
