Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, Town Planning, Real Estate Management, Business Administration or equivalent with 4-8 years experience in property development.
• Must be a team player and understand the synergy of teamwork.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in coordinating and liaising with consultants and relevant authorities from concept design through development  and construction stage
• Sound knowledge in development procedures and authorities guidelines
• Sound knowledge of property feasibility studies and latest trend in building design concept
• Willing to travel overseas.
