Proposed Design, Construction and Completion of Government Office Buildings Consisting of Two Office Towers, Related Works At Basements And External Works At Lots 4G8 and 4G9, Precint 4, Pusat Pentadbiran Kerajaan Persekutuan, Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya
The scope of the Contracts includes but not limited to structural and civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, interior design, landscape, external works, utilities and self-generated chilled water plant.
The construction period is 28 months and the Works are expected to be completed by January 2010.
