The Works consist of supplying and installing the underground utilities for Dubai World Central International Airport which include the networks for storm water, sewerage and irrigation, pumping stations, irrigation storage tanks and retention ponds. It will involve more than 100 kilometres of pressure pipes and more than 120 kilometres of gravity drain pipes of up to 3.2 metres in diameter. The Works are expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2008.
