The 3C4 Office Development project includes the design, construction and completion of 3C4 office building in Putrajaya. The project takes form of Design and Build Contract, and the scope of works consist of detailed Architectural-Engineering Design and Construction, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, and Submission to the local authorities for statutory approvals within this scope.

The construction period for 3C4 Office Development shall be a duration of 24 months (104 weeks). The scope of works shall includes but not limited to the followings :

-   Bored Piling
-   Diaphragm Wall
-   Structural Works
-   Architectural Works
-   Mechanical & Electrical Works
-   Road works (including road furniture, road marking, signages and other requirements)
-   External Work supply reticulation, pipe laying and other related works
