The Contract is for the Construction and Completion of the Satellite Works for the Universiti Teknologi Mara Campus in Kuala Selangor. The Satellite Works include, inter alia, the construction of hostels, recreational and sports facilities as well as buildings for the Pharmacy and Health Science faculties.

The contract sum is RM435 million and the construction is expected to be completed on 31 January 2009.
