This is a 30-year concession to build-operate-transfer (B.O.T) for the 157.8 km highway in Andhra Pradesh, India. The Concession Agreement is for the improvement and upgrading of existing 2-lane Highway from km 52.8 to km 1636 of Tada-Nellore Section of the National Highway No.5 (NH-5) and the existing 2-lane Highway from km 217 to km 252 of Nandigama-Ibrahimpatnam Section of the National Highway No 9 (NH-9). This includes the construction, strengthening and widening thereof into 4-lane highway and the operation, maintenance and toll collection of the same, and the existing 4-lane highway from km 253 to km 265 (Ibrahimpatnam to Vijaywada). WCTE holds a 21.6% stake in the concession company, Swarna Tollway Pte. Ltd.
