The project involves the execution and completion of the Works known as the Marina Landside Facilities for Yas Island development  in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates for a contract sum of AED234.9 million (approximately RM234.9 million).

The project comprises of 2 low rise buildings and a 8-storey high tower where these are located near the Abu Dhabi F1 Circuit.
