WCT was awarded a contract by Jelas Puri Sdn Bhd for the construction and completion of the integrated development project which comprises Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya – a 6-storey shopping complex with 2 levels of basement car park, The Ascent – a 32-storey MSC-status corporate office tower, The Azure & Sapphire Paradigm – serviced apartments and Le Méridien Petaling Jaya – a 300-room 5-star luxury hotel.
The scope of works covers the earthworks, substructure works, superstructure works, infrastructure & external works, architectural works, mechanical & electrical works, sanitary appliances, signages and the builder’s works in connection with services. Paradigm Petaling Jaya integrated development was fully completed in 2019.
