In June 2026, WCT International Sdn Bhd, jointly together with Construction General Conctracting House Ltd. ("CGCH") under a 50:50 unincorporated joint venture ("CGC-WCT Joint Venture" or the "Joint Venture"), secured a contract from CGCH for the Yas Living Main Works Package in Abu Dhabi.
The development involves the construction of three 12-storey commercial and residential buildings with two basement levels each.
The Joint Venture’s scope of works encompasses non-foundational structural works, architectural works, mechanical, electrical and plumbing works, as well as external works.
The project is scheduled to commence in the third quarter of 2026.
