Engineering and Construction Division

Brief Job Descriptions

  1. Prepare sub-contract tender document for Procurement, evaluation report and Letter of Award to successful sub-contractors.
  2. Prepare and submit monthly progress payments. Attend to site evaluation / joint measurement.
  3. Review, recommend, certify and ‘check and balance’ of sub-contractors payment.
  4. Prepare and submit variation orders and claims.
  5. Prepare final measurement and account.
  6. Assist in value engineering, cost optimization and budget setting.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor of Quantity Surveying / Building Survey / Construction Management with 7 to 8 years of experience

Brief Job Descriptions

  1. Preparation of Master works programme and detailed works programme on CPM using Primavera P6 Project Planning software or equivalent.
  2. Updating and tracking of works progress for regular reporting to the client and addressing issues and concerns of the works programme and schedule.
  3. Follow-up with site personnel on inputs for updating the works programme.
  4. Preparation of outline works programme for submission of tender and pre-qualification during job procurement stage.
  5. Development of planning sheets during preparation of detailed works programme and preparation of periodical progress reports for submission to the client.
  6. Assisting the tendering team to provide particular technical proposals to be submitted with the tender package as well as preparation of pre-qualification documents.
  7. Liaison with client and other relevant parties as well as the company’s site personnel involved in the project undertaken by the Co. concerning the works programme and schedule.
  8. Preparation of other technical items relevant to pre-qualification and tender requirements.
  9. Preparation of presentation materials in multi-media or digital format to depict the proposed construction methodology.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor of Civil Engineering with 7 to 8 years of experience

  1. Deploy, maintain and troubleshoot ERP business applications, including application servers and databases.
  2. Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals and requirements.
  3. Develop, analyze, prioritize and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, and diagrams for end users' testing.
  4. Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements.
  5. Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed.
  6. Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor system health, gather system statistics and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Degree in Computer Science or Business IT.

Property Development

  1. To plan, supervise and ensure proper implementation of maintenance work.
  2. To carry out their routine task as a competent person (charge-man) to ensure proper operations of the electrical system and other M&E services.
  3. To contribute to maintaining, servicing, affect limited repairing and ensure that all mechanical, electrical and building systems and services are in good working condition at all times.
  4. To be accountable for all fixed and tangible assets and inventory pertaining to the building and facilities.
  5. To contribute to the effective implementation of routine checklists and implementation of SOPs.
  6. To coordinate outsourced contractors’ work and report irregularities to the building manager.
  7. To contribute to the safety, security and housekeeping of the building.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Diploma in Electrical Engineering with A4 LV Chargeman from Jabatan Bekalan Elektrik or Suruhanjaya Tenaga
  2. Working experience in building operations maintenance management and support service

Brief Job Descriptions

  1. To ensure the completed works conform to M & E specifications.
  2. Carry out M & E inspection with the consultants/client’s representative.
  3. Coordinate sub-contractor’s works and their resources including workers and machinery at the site.
  4. To monitor the delivery of construction material and ensure that quality/types/dimension is as per the specified requirements.
  5. Peruse the contract for information on technical specifications, scope of works, contract period, schedule of equipment, documentation, drawings, specimen submission requirements and other relevant details as and when necessary.
  6. Study all the latest on revised drawings, schematics, and single-line diagrams to understand the system’s design error for collection, before installation.
  7. To liaison and work closely with the operation team in order to compile accurate information for M&E-related works.
  8. To ensure that all the as-built drawings and O&M are in place.
  9. To carry out building inspections from time to time and supervise maintenance works.
  10. To coordinate the repair works between end users and the sub-contractors.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Possess at least a Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 10 years of working experience in a relevant field, preferably with management skills in the building industry.

  1. To coordinate the annual internal and external audit and preparation of financial statements and all other supplementary financial schedules for the audit purpose.
  2. To lead and supervise subordinates on day-to-day accounting and finance duties for property development including data entry, posting of invoices, journal, payment entries, and preparation of payment vouchers/cheques/purchase orders for the subsidiaries under WCT Land Sdn Bhd.
  3. To liaise with bankers, auditors, company secretarial, tax agents and other statutory bodies/authorities.
  4. Review of tax computations, submission of tax returns and liaise with tax agents and tax authorities on tax matters concerning group and subsidiaries companies.
  5. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly consolidation financial and management reports to HQ.
  6. Responsible for providing all aspects of accounts and finance support to the company.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Possess a Degree in Accountancy, preferably with professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA etc.
  2. Minimum of 8 years’ Accounting experience, preferably with a property development background.

Shopping Malls

  1. Develop, Promote and initiate marketing campaigns and strategic promotions with tenants and business partners.
  2. Assist in planning and executing all advertising, events and promotional activities.
  3. Responsible for the leasing of advertising and promotional for products promotion and advertisement space, creating brand awareness to generate revenue.

  3. Handling customer complaints or incidents.
  4. To coordinate and ensure all distress calls/ complaints/feedback reached relevant departments at the stipulated timeframe.
  5. To follow up with relevant departments on the outcome of the distress calls/ complaints/feedback at the stipulated timeframe if required.
  6. To assist the Advertising and Promotion department in handling the redemption process from time to time.

Brief Job Descriptions

  1. Work closely with the finance team on the issuance of invoices and send them out to tenants on a timely basis via the system.
  2. Work closely with the finance team (who raised the invoices) to resolve all invoice disputes by tenants.
  3. Monitor cheque clearance, and arrange for cheques to be banked in on a daily basis.
  4. For all cleared payments received, perform allocation and receipting in IFCA on a timely basis.
  5. Promptly attend to all requests from tenants with regard to statements of accounts, payment history, invoices, queries, etc.
  6. Meeting up with tenants with regard to unpaid balances and structure payment schemes whenever necessary.
  7. Send 1st reminder (on the 8th) and 2nd reminder (on the 15th) of every month to tenants with outstanding debt.
  8. Compute late payment interest (LPI) and generate tax invoices for LPI.
  9. For debtors under legal action, to provide information to our external lawyers, leasing team, internal legal team – on information relating to the debtor.
  10. Work closely with the Leasing department to improve debt collection and provide feedback on tenants’ related matters.
  11. Work together with the Group Credit Control team, to be involved in continuous improvements of credit control processes.
  12. On a monthly basis, assist CC Sr. Executive in preparing the debtor aging report and present it to the mall Assistant General Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Finance/ Accounting related studies
  2. Accounting/Finance Professional Qualifications (CPA/ACCA/ICAEW) will be preferred

  1. Manage the daily activities of housekeeping department such as appropriate cleaning of the common area, such as washroom, public area, corridor and etc.
  2. To supervise daily cleaning on the ground including daily events, pre and post events.
  3. To determine and maintain a work schedule to notify staff of upcoming events.
  4. Manage the staff performance and monitor the standard of work of the outsourced cleaning company.
  5. Act upon all customer's comments/complaints in a prompt and friendly manner.
  6. Coordinate inspection or inspect assigned areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
  7. Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues.

  1. Plan preventive maintenance for LT equipment and accessories c/w data tracking, calibration, energy management, load balancing, load test, etc.
  2. Monitor the electrical system with monitoring parameters identified to check the performance of the electrical system.
  3. Monitor, test and maintain of firefighting system to provide maximum protection to co-workers and company assets.
  4. To supervise external contractor works / services and monitor their performance.
  5. To identify the service contractor's scope of works and submit a monthly schedule of contract service chit received for all services carried out to the Maintenance Manager for vetting.
  6. To report any fault or failure immediately to the management during the servicing time and recommend follow-up action.
  7. To carry out all necessary maintenance works and checklists as assigned by management i.e. all types of water pumps, Hex System, FCU, AHU, ACSU, sewerage treatment plant (STP), ventilation fans, etc.
  8. To attend to all Service Requests/complaints by mall tenants and keep updating to Manager/ Assist Manager on the status by Work Order to prove that it has been rectified or pending by whatever factors.
  9. To report any fault or failure immediately to the management during the servicing time and recommend follow-up action.
  10. To inspect, monitor and test all emergency equipment and installations as per schedule.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Must be a holder of an “A4” competency certificate from ST.
  2. Minimum of 3-4 years of working experience in building operations maintenance management and support service.

Brief Job Descriptions

  1. To perform, twice daily car park checklist which covers: Cleanliness, Parking equipment status, Lighting condition, Height clearance, Signages, car count, Trolleys etc
  2. To be familiar with the operation of the Parking equipment and to perform minor repairs on this equipment based on the training provided by the supplier and ensure that the pieces of equipment are in good working condition at all times.
  3. To perform frequent patrolling in the car park area to ensure that the car park is safe for customers and to ensure that the operations run smoothly.
  4. Reporting all serious faults to the leader.
  5. Always stay alert and beware of suspicious visitors in the car park.
  6. To keep track inventory of Parking equipment, barriers and tickets.
  7. To assist customers with queries of lost tickets, make payments and other related queries and provide customer service in a polite and friendly manner.
  8. To issue relevant notices to any vehicles that have parked their vehicles haphazardly and clamped.
  9. To perform traffic management e.g. divert, distribute vehicles to other exits etc. during congestion.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. At least SPM holder
  2. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field, preferably in car park operations
