In July 2026, WCT International Sdn Bhd, together with Construction General Conctracting House Ltd. ("CGCH") under a 50:50 unincorporated joint venture ("CGC-WCT Joint Venture" or the "Joint Venture"), secured a sub-contract from CGCH for the Yas Riva Residences Works Package in Abu Dhabi.
The scope of work comprises the construction and completion of six (6) residential buildings, each comprising 11 Levels, in Plot C54 and C55 and with one (1) common basement.
The project is scheduled to commence in the third quarter of 2026.
