Paradigm Real Estate Investment Trust (Paradigm REIT) is a real estate investment trust (REIT) established in Malaysia, designed to offer investors exposure to a diversified portfolio of income-generating real estate assets.

With a focus on both retail and commercial properties, the REIT’s investment policy allows for strategic investments in various real estate sectors, including retail, commercial, office, industrial, and hospitality properties, as well as other non-real estate assets.
