WCT Stronger Together: Team Building 2025

WCT Berhad organised its inaugural Team Building, where 76 colleagues from various departments came together for two days of connection, collaboration, and fun, strengthening team spirit and camaraderie.
Through a series of engaging activities, all employees demonstrated remarkable teamwork, creativity and the true WCT spirit – embodying WCT’s shared values of unity and excellence. Whether during the engaging indoor sessions or dynamic outdoor challenges, every moment highlighted the collective strength and determination of individuals working together toward a common purpose.
Here are some of the highlights from the team building event:
1. Aye Aye Captain – A command-based ice-breaking activity that gets employees moving and forming into teams.
2. Impossible Tower – Teams must build the tallest and sturdiest tower using the materials provided, testing employees’ creativity and teamwork.
3. Team Spirit (Battle of the Tribes) – Each team creates and performs its Hakka-inspired cheer to showcase unity, energy, and team pride.
4. Photo Hunt – A fast-paced, scavenger-style challenge where teams complete tasks and solve clues around the resort.
5. Team Sharing – Employees share their reflections after completing the series of activities
6. Eyes at the Back – Team must move from point A to point B in complete silence, using only body language to communicate.
7. Move & Groove – Team choreographs and perform a dance routine using own creativity.
